Investment manager
Alpcot Capital Management, the Investment Manager, is a UK company established in December 2005, with its registered office in London. Alpcot is authorised by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom. Björn Lindström and Katre Saard are Directors of Alpcot, while Peter Geijerman is working with Alpcot through an exclusive advisory agreement. The Investment Manager will develop and monitor the Group’s investments according to the investment strategy.

Björn Lindström
Björn Lindström has extensive experience gained in the financial services sector in Sweden, where he has held a number of positions in companies supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Prior to incorporating Alpcot Capital Management Ltd, Mr Lindström was a co-founder of East Capital Asset Management AB and of Gustavia Capital Management AB. Björn was the Managing Director of Gustavia Capital Management AB, and the fund manager of Gustavia Balkan fund from launch until June 30, 2005. Gustavia Balkan fund was rated by Morningstar as the best performing mutual fund in Europe in 2004. Prior to that, Mr Lindström has been both the Managing Director for East Capital Asset Management and the fund manager for East Capital Russia Fund. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. He graduated from the Language and Intelligence School of the Swedish Armed Forces in 1992.

Katre Saard
Katre Saard has over ten years’ experience in investment management and in working with East European equity markets. Prior to co-founding Alpcot Capital Management Ltd, Ms Saard was an Investment Professional at the European Investment Fund in Luxemburg, managing investments in leading private equity and venture capital funds in Europe and serving on advisory boards and investment committees of the funds. Prior to EIF, Ms Saard was one of the Founding Partners at East Capital. As a co-founder, she was involved in developing the asset management company and launching new funds. She was also the fund manager for East Capital Baltic Fund and a member of the supervisory board of East Capital Asset Management AB. Prior to East Capital, Ms Saard worked as an Equity Analyst at Enskilda Securities in Stockholm. She has a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and her language skills include English, Swedish, Estonian, Russian and French.

Peter Geijerman
Peter Geijerman has pursued a career as a businessman in Russia since 1997. He is the principal owner of a management company owning and managing an industrial group in Western Siberia. The main operations of this group comprise road construction and railway transportation services. Mr. Geijerman has several years of Russian project coordination and management experience. He has an MBA degree from the French INSEAD institute as well as a Master of Science in Clinical Medicine from the Swedish Karolinska Medical Institute. He graduated from the Language and Intelligence School of the Swedish Armed Forces in 1992. Since 2004, Mr Geijerman has been a board director of Central Asia Gold, a Russian gold mining company listed on Nordic Growth Market in Sweden. Mr Geijerman was born in 1972 and is a Swedish citizen. He is a fluent Russian speaker.
