Joakim Ollén
Chairman of the Board
Joakim Ollén is currently CEO and a board member of KunskapsPorten AB.
Between 2003 and 2006, he was CEO at Akademiska Hus, the largest real estate company in Sweden. From 1997 to 2003 he was Director General of Lantmäteriet.
Joakim Ollén has a broad public service background.
Between 1983 and 1994, he held the positions as Municipal Commissioner for the city of Malmö and Lord Mayor (1986–1988 and 1991–1994). From 1975 to 1983, he was a member of the Swedish Parliament. He has also been Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and of Sydkraft. Joakim Ollén holds a Master of Laws degree from Lund University.

Sven Dahlin
Board Director
Sven Dahlin is a partner and CEO at Leimdörfer, where he has worked since 1999. Leimdörfer is the leading adviser in real estate transactions in the Nordic Region. Prior to joining Leimdörfer, he was co-founder and responsible for a number of Internet-related consultancy and event management firms. Sven Dahlin is author of the book ’Nyckeln till företaget på Internet’ (’the Key to the Internet Company’), published by Norstedts in 1996. Sven Dahlin holds a M.Sc. degree in Business and Administration from Stockholm School of Economics, and has studied Applied Physics at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

Catharina Lagerstam
Board Director
Catharina Lagerstam is a consultant professional and a member of the board of ElektronikGruppen AB, Kommuninvest i Sverige AB, the Swedish Academy of Board Directors in Stockholm and a deputy member of the board of Franska Skolan Foundation. She has previously been a part of the senior management of Clearstream, held positions as CFO at Hufvudstaden and head of financial analysis and investor relations at Swedbank. In connection with the Swedish banking crisis in the 1990s she was responsible for the valuation process for the Government body Bankstödsnämnden. Catharina Lagerstam holds a doctor’s degree from the Department of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Otto Ramel
Board Director
Otto Ramel leads the operations at his estate Övedskloster in Skåne, southern Sweden. He is Chairman of the Board of Sveriges Djurbönder (formerly Swedish Meats) and of Länsförsäkringar Skåne. Otto Ramel has an extensive background within the Swedish agricultural cooperation, mainly Lantmännen (the Swedish Farmers Federation), where he was Chairman of the Board of Skånska Lantmännen and member of the board of the Swedish Farmers Federation. Otto Ramel holds a degree in agricultural and rural management from the Swedish university of agricultural sciences as well as a Bachelor of Science in business administration and commercial law from Lund University.
