Joakim Ollén is Managing Director and board member of KunskapsPorten AB. Between 2003 and 2006, he was MD at Akademiska Hus, the largest real estate company in Sweden. From 1997 to 2003 he was Director General of Lantmäteriet. Joakim Ollén has a broad public service background. Between 1983 and 1994, he held the positions as Municipal Commissioner for the city of Malmö and Lord Mayor (1986–1988 and 1991–1994). From 1975 to 1983, he was a member of the Swedish Parliament. He has also been Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and of Sydkraft. Joakim Ollén holds a Master of Laws degree from Lund University.

Sven Dahlin is a partner at Leimdörfer, where he has worked as Managing Director between 1999-2011. Leimdörfer is the leading adviser in real estate transactions in the Nordic Region. Prior to joining Leimdörfer, he was co-founder and responsible for a number of Internet-related consultancy and event management firms. Sven Dahlin is author of the book ’Nyckeln till företaget på Internet’ (’the Key to the Internet Company’), published by Norstedts in 1996. Sven Dahlin holds a M.Sc. degree in Business and Administration from Stockholm School of Economics, and has studied Applied Physics at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

Simon Hallqvist is chairman and partner at Preato Capital, a Helsinki-based Private Equity firm. He also works as a director at Sefina Finance AB. Simon Hallqvist has extensive experience from mergers and acquisitions as well as from long-term development of companies, both from an operational and from an ownership perspective. Simon Hallqvist holds a M.Sc. (Econ) from Hanken School of Economics.

Catharina Lagerstam is a consultant professional and a member of the board of Kommuninvest i Sverige AB, Landshypotek AB, Nordic Mines AB, the Swedish Academy of Board Directors in Stockholm and of Franska Skolan Foundation. She has previously been a part of the senior management of Clearstream, held positions as CFO at Hufvudstaden and head of financial analysis and investor relations at Swedbank. In connection with the Swedish banking crisis in the 1990s she was responsible for the valuation process for the Government body Bankstödsnämnden. Catharina Lagerstam holds a doctor’s degree from the Department of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics and a Master of Science in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Fredrik Langenskiöld has an extensive experience from the food processing industry, from agricultural management as well as business advisory in the CIS states. Among Fredrik Langenskiölds earlier assignments are Managing Director of Örnäs Produkter, later sold to Good Food AS, Senior Vice President of ABB Financial Services and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Tetra Pak. Fredrik Langenskiöld holds a degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Björn Lindström is Partner at Alpcot Capital Management Ltd. Between September 2008 and March 2011 he worked as Managing Director of Alpcot Agro, and he is one of the founders of the company. Mr Lindström was a co-founder of East Capital Asset Management AB and of Gustavia Capital Management AB, and worked as Managing Director of both companies. Mr Lindström was also the fund manager for East Capital Russia Fund. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. He graduated from the Language and Intelligence School of the Swedish Armed Forces in 1992.
