Harvest 2008 summary
The total fall 2008 harvest for Alpcot Agro was about 150,100 tonnes.The average yield for winter wheat was 3.5 tons/hectare. The total harvested area was 55,600 hectares, of which 45 percent was winter planted during 2007 and 55 percent planted during the spring of 2008.
Alpcot Agro has successfully winter planted 55,300 hectares during fall 2008, of which 4,500 hectares in Ukraine.
