As of 30 June 2010, Alpcot Agro had more than 6,400 heads of cattle, inclusive of Kaliningrad and other associated companies, of which about 3,100 are milk cows. The dairy farms provide excellent synergies with the crop production as the livestock can be fed by non commercial production from the fields. Milk and meat production is an integrated part of the Company’s business concept and generate stable cash flows all year around.
