Björn Lindström has extensive experience gained in the financial services sector in Sweden, where he has held a number of positions in companies supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Prior to incorporating Alpcot Capital Management Ltd, Mr. Lindström co-founded East Capital Asset Management AB and Gustavia Capital Management AB. Mr. Lindström was the Managing Director of Gustavia Capital Management AB, and the fund manager of Gustavia Balkan fund from launch until June 30, 2005. Gustavia Balkan fund was rated by Morningstar as the best performing mutual fund in Europe in 2004. Prior to that, Mr Lindström has been both the Managing Director for East Capital Asset Management and the fund manager for East Capital Russia Fund. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. He graduated from the Language and Intelligence School of the Swedish Armed Forces in 1992

Vladimir Primak has broad experience from auditing and investment banking. Over the last few years Mr. Primak was managing numerous M&A, corporate advisory and capital raising projects with JP Morgan Investment Banking, where he was located both in Moscow and London. He has earlier worked with Rothschild and Renaissance Capital in Moscow and with Ernst & Young in Kiev. He holds a Master in International Economics from Lvov State University and an MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Primak is an Affiliate Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Prior to joining Alpcot Agro, Alexey Mashchenkov has worked as a Management Consultant with Bain & Co in San Francisco and Moscow, where his experiences included strategy due diligence for private equity clients, strategy development and operations improvements. His other experiences include audit and advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers and financial management and controlling with MegaFon. Mr. Mashchenkov holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the St. Petersburg State University. He is also a Chartered Accountant (ACCA).

Prior to joining Alpcot Agro, Hannes Sjoblad worked as a Management Consultant with Capgemini TME, where his experiences included business modeling, analysis and business process reengineering in the Nordic telco sector. Mr. Sjoblad is an MTG Trainee alumnus and has worked as a CEO, Project manager and Sales director for several media companies in Sweden, Russia and the UK. Mr. Sjoblad holds a M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
