Jens Peter Aabyen has an extensive experience from running and managing businesses in Russia. He has formerly served as Managing Director of Flexa Invest ApS, a company with investments in Russia, where he has also served as Chairman of Flexa Invest’s subsidiary ZAO Zapkarelles, a forestry company in the Karelia region of Russia. In 2008-2009 Mr Aabyen served as Managing Director of Dan-Invest, a company investing in and developing agricultural businesses in Eastern Europe. Mr Aabyen has a background as lawyer (Danish Bar Exam) and holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Copenhagen.

Prior to joining Alpcot Agro, Mr Sjoblad worked as COO of Alpcot Capital Management Ltd in London. He has earlier worked as a Management Consultant with Capgemini TME, and as MD, Project manager and Sales director for several media companies in Sweden, Russia and the UK. He is an MTG Trainee alumnus. Mr. Sjoblad holds a M.Sc. in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Olga Burdova has a long and qualified experience from auditing and financial management. She has worked for seven years in the Tax and Legal Department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Russia. More recently, she has worked as financial controller for Russia and CIS of Honeywell, and as CFO of Vision International People Group PL. Ms Burdova is a certified accountant (ACCA) and holds a degree in Applied Matematics and Cybernetics from Moscow State University as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
