As of 29 January 2010, the share capital in Alpcot Agro AB amounts to SEK 247,584,505 divided into 49,509,701 shares. This number of shares is based on that at the stated date 82.67% of the shares of the issue in kind to acquire BBAH Sweden AB ("BBAH") had been issued, and additional shares are likely to be issued shortly as additional shareholders in BBAH accept the offer from Alpcot Agro.
The shares’ quota value is SEK 5.00. All shares carry the same voting power and each shareholder may vote for the full number of shares that he or she owns or represents at the general meeting of shareholders. All shares also carry equal rights to a share in Alpcot Agro’s assets, profits and any liquidation surplus. The changes in share capital since the formation of the company are shown in the table below, and note that the issue in kind for BBAH has not yet been fully completed.
