The shares’ quota value is SEK 5.00. All shares carry the same voting power and each shareholder may vote for the full number of shares that he or she owns or represents at the general meeting of shareholders. All shares also carry equal rights to a share in Alpcot Agro’s assets, profits and any liquidation surplus. The changes in share capital since the formation of the company are shown in the table below.

3 Directed share issue to Joakim Ollén, Carl Aschan, Sven Dahlin (25,000 shares each) and Torbjörn Ranta (12,500 shares). Subscription prices SEK 45 per share.

5 Share issue to fulfill the Company’s undertaking in a share purchase agreement. Subscription price, SEK 25 per share.

7 Preferential rights issue, with the right to purchase 2 new shares for SEK 12 per share for every 3 shares held.

8 The share issue to acquire BBAH Sweden AB was concluded to 95,2% of the mandate.

9 Conversion of convertible debt instruments. The conversion rate was SEK 14.61 per share.

10 Preferential rights issue, with the right to purchase one new share for SEK 6.50 per share for every share held.
